We’ll talk through your goals, challenges, and desired outcomes.
Step 2: Choose Your Focus
Pick one or two Ei domains to work on from the Genos model (e.g., Self-Awareness, Authenticity, etc.).
Step 3: Start Growing
We’ll combine quick mentor chats with Genos Grow tools — you’ll apply what you learn in real time.
Optional Add-On:
Use the Genos 180 or 360 Assessment later to track growth and invite feedback.
